De kust van de Rode Zee strekt zich 800 km uit van Suez tot de Soedanese grens. Terwijl de Middellandse Zeekust zich ongeveer 1.050 km uitstrekt vanaf de oostkant van het Sina\u00ef-schiereiland aan de grens tussen Egypte en Gaza, naar het westelijke dorp Sallum aan de grens met Egypte.<\/amp-fit-text><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><amp-fit-text layout=\"fixed-height\" min-font-size=\"6\" max-font-size=\"72\" height=\"80\">Deze natuurlijke zeegebieden hebben een aantal Egyptische eilanden.
