Amenhotep III-templet har en intressant historia i <a href=\"https:\/\/landioustravel.com\/sv\/egypten\/egyptens-historia\/\">egyptisk historia<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-platsen-f-r-bostadstemplet-amenhotep-iii\">Platsen f\u00f6r bostadstemplet Amenhotep III<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Amenhotep III-templet \u00e4r ett av de fantastiska templen som ligger p\u00e5 v\u00e4stra stranden av Nilen, i <a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/maps\/place\/Theban+Necropolis\/@25.7314145,32.594834,17z\/data=!3m1!4b1!4m5!3m4!1s0x1449163bd69f11ab:0xf4d9529103ad0f5d!8m2!3d25.7314145!4d32.5970227\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Theban Nekropolis<\/a>, Luxor-provinsen &#8211; Egypten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-f-rst-relse-av-amenhotep-iii-templet\">F\u00f6rst\u00f6relse av Amenhotep III-templet<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vid den tiden var detta tempelkomplex det st\u00f6rsta i Egypten. Templet t\u00e4ckte totalt 35 hektar. Alla tempel som byggdes efter denna kunde inte n\u00e5 samma storlekar; till och med Karnak-templet, som det stod under Amenhoteps regeringstid, var mindre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tyv\u00e4rr har naturfenomen dramatiskt f\u00f6rst\u00f6rt det massiva templet. Strax efter konstruktionen f\u00f6rst\u00f6rde en jordb\u00e4vning den omkring 1200 f.Kr. Som ett resultat l\u00e4mnade denna jordb\u00e4vning bara de tv\u00e5 stora kolosserna som stod vid ing\u00e5ngen. \u00c5terigen f\u00f6rst\u00f6rdes dessa kolosser ytterligare av en jordb\u00e4vning 27 f.Kr., varefter de delvis rekonstruerades av de romerska myndigheterna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De vetenskapliga studierna visade att komplexet bestod av tre pyloner, var och en framf\u00f6r kolossala statyer. L\u00e4ngst bort i detta rektangul\u00e4ra tempel fanns en peristylbana omgiven av pelare. Numera har fyra statyer \u00e5teruppf\u00f6rts. Vidare f\u00f6rv\u00e4ntas det att \u00e5tta statyer kommer att \u00e5teruppf\u00f6ras i framtiden. Dessutom rymmer Luxor Museum cirka 200 statyer som hittades i detta tempel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">H\u00e4r kommer vi att ge en uppfattning om de mest intressanta bitarna som fortfarande st\u00e5r i detta tempel:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-kolosserna-i-memnon\">Kolosserna i Memnon<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dessa tvillingstatyer visar Amenhotep III i sittande l\u00e4ge. Tv\u00e5 kortare figurer huggen in i den fr\u00e4msta tronen tillsammans med hans ben tillh\u00f6r successivt hans fru Tiye och mor Mutemwiya. Sidopanelerna visar Nilguden Hapy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De forntida egyptiska byggarna uppf\u00f6rde dessa statyer fr\u00e5n kvartssandstenblock. De drog stenarna i dessa statyer i el-Gabal el-Ahmar och transporterade dem 675 km \u00f6ver land till Luxor. Efter den 27: e jordb\u00e4vningen rekonstruerade romerska ingenj\u00f6rer den norra kolossen. Arkeologer tror att de romerska ingenj\u00f6rerna anv\u00e4nde block som kan ha kommit fr\u00e5n Edfu. Kolosserna n\u00e5r en h\u00f6g 18 m h\u00f6jd och v\u00e4ger uppskattningsvis 720 ton vardera. Om vi \u200b\u200bska inkludera stenplattformarna som de st\u00e5r p\u00e5. Om de \u00e4r \u00e5tskilda har plattformarna cirka 4 m h\u00f6jd och de tv\u00e5 figurerna \u00e4r cirka 15 m. Den s\u00f6dra statyn best\u00e5r fortfarande av en enda bit sten; medan \u00e5r 27 f.Kr. krossade en stor jordb\u00e4vning den norra kolossen, kollapsade den fr\u00e5n midjan och kn\u00e4ckte nedre halvan.
